I’ll start with a brief chat to set your intentions and make sure you’re comfortable. Then, as the sounds fill the space, the drums and bowls will release tension and promote a calm state of mind, while the channeled singing guides you deeper into a meditative space. Throughout the session, Reiki energy is gently infused, clearing blockages and enhancing the healing process, leaving you feeling lighter, more balanced, and at peace.
