How do I describe the medicine?
​
Each journey is unique, no matter how many times you sit with the medicine; I ask that you differentiate intention versus expectation. Each ceremony will bring you exactly what you need. I would like to share what I have experienced;
​
This medicine is the vibration and wisdom of mother earth. They remind us of the interconnected of all beings (unity consciousness). They helps us to recognize the balance of nature and how we, too, must embrace that same balance. This medicine empowers us to remember our inherent worthiness of unconditional love, how we truly ARE ENOUGH. It supports us through bringing clarity from our past to better understand our present. The plant spirits can show us our roots; how our past experiences have manifested certain patterns/behaviors. They help us to remember our true power.

- I will guide you through a Reiki-infused meditation for to connect to the plant spirits
- Working together to create a intention for ceremony
- Discuss what I encourage you to do, to prepare your body, mind & heart to receive the medicine.
- Provide you with guidance, answer any questions that you have
As I get to know you better before your ceremony, you will also get to know me!
-I provide Journal prompts if you feel called to use them before ceremony.

I am a dedicate spiritual guides and Reiki masters I will support you in the FULL spectrum of your emotions in this process. There is no shame or judgment, as I honor this sacred offering for your healing.
I create a safe and comfortable area for your journey; I intentionally create a playlist for each participant. Music and Plant medicine go hand-in-hand; it helps guide our journey and go deeper.

I work with sacred smoke such as Palo Santo and Sage throughout your journey to aid with clearing what no longer serves. This is a vital part of the process; bringing the subconscious to the conscious.
I will also use Reiki healing to help you move through emotions and feel grounded.

How Do I Prepare?
​
This medicine is sacred, and so are you! In ancient indigenous traditions all around the world (particularly in South America), a dieta is essential before sitting with the plants; it purifies and heals the body, mind, and spirit. It involves avoiding foods that don’t honor your body. I’ll discuss more of this in our 1:1 preparation call!

I also encourage you to sit with yourself and honor how your body is feeling. Whether it be through rest, meditation, dancing, singing, or, most importantly, journaling. I highly recommend sitting with a journal and writing down your thoughts and feelings about working with plant medicine. Do you have an intention? Are you holding an expectation? What do you want the plants to show you? I understand this may not resonate with everyone, but my primary goal is for you to have more time going inward—whatever that looks like for you.

What Does the Screening Process Look Like?

If you’re interested in working with plant medicine, I ask that you contact me to book a Discovery Call to discuss more information and get to know each other. After this call, you will be sent a screening form about your medical history and any severe trauma. It’s important to stay honest and open so that I am fully aware and can serve you in the best possible way.

What Does Support Look Like Afterward?
​
I firmly believe that an essential part of working with plant medicine is integration. Integration is the process of embodying insights and intentions from the ceremony into daily life. A call will be scheduled anywhere from 2-4 weeks after your session. In this call, I will lead you into a Reiki-infused guided meditation that calls upon the plant spirits. We’ll discuss messages you received from the medicine during the ceremony and afterward (because more will come through in the following weeks). I’ll help you follow your intuition to analyze the messages and what they mean, and work with you to incorporate these teachings into your life. As always, if you need to reach out before the call, I am here to support you on your journey.

How Long Does the Ceremony Last?
​
The plant spirit I work with is typically active for 6-8 hours. Everyone is different, so some may be more sensitive and experience longer-lasting effects. I ask that you set aside an entire day with no responsibilities. Even if the ceremony lasts only 6 hours, the rest of your day should be free to allow for rest, processing, and integration.

Where Will This Experience Take Place?
​
I’m open to serving you in the comfort of your home, as long as no one else will be home. I’ll bring everything needed! Alternatively, I have other sacred spaces available if you prefer not to be at home. We’ll discuss this during our 1:1 session before your ceremony.

Can There Be More Than One Participant?
​
I’m open to having up to 2 participants in a private session. Some people feel called to sit in ceremony with a partner, friend, or family member. I encourage this, so long as both people are open-minded and ready to receive the experience. Please note, this is a personal calling, and no one should be coerced into working with plant medicine, no matter how much you want them to join. I ask that you be fully transparent and honest with yourself and me. If multiple people want to participate, each must fill out their own screening form and do their 1:1 session beforehand privately. As a mother-daughter duo, I understand the power of healing with loved ones, but it’s important to remember that it is, most importantly, an individual journey back home to yourself.

Do You Offer Group Ceremonies?
​
I do! I offer group day-retreat ceremonies in Scotland (Ontario), on a beautiful country property surrounded by calming sounds of nature and various trees. Ceremony will be held inside The Mode Healing Studio, a space built with love to help women heal. There will be a maximum of 5 participants.
I also host yearly plant medicine retreats during the Summer (always on a full moon), in Fort Erie, on a serene property with beautiful lake views. This will be a larger group of 9 participants.

What Does Payment Look Like?
​
First, are you committed to this journey? Have you heard the call from the sacred plant spirits and understood the responsibility that comes with answering it? If so, I ask that you pay a deposit of $222 once I secure a date for your ceremony. This deposit is non-refundable. The remainder is due on the day of your ceremony.
